2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
"Healed" is the Ladies ministry of the Victorious Overcomers Minitries. Designed to help the everyday woman through her everday walk with Christ. Healed will take the soul foundational word of the Gospel and pair with faithful witness of women who have walked this path before. We will borrow her heels and practice the walk and then take the steps on our own.
Our Ministry will be built on the following:
Bible Study - ALL SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Outings - The opportunity for Christian friendships to form and mature
And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near. Hebrews 10:25
Empowerment sessions - mentorship. Safe place where women can find biblically sound support. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Ecclesiastes 4:10
Service - Opportunity to serve others, together as the body of Christ, builds unity, encourages growth, and develops relationships.
God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. 1 Peter 4:10
So let's put a little STRUT in our steps as we walk VICTORIOUSLY with or God! We are HEALED!!!
