Evangelist Missionary Rochelle L. Jones is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She is the daughter of Mr. Calvin Wright, Sr and Ms. Benloa Wright. She was educated in the public school system and graduated from the oldest public female high school in the nation, Western High School in 1986.  She pursued a Bachelors of Science degree in Pre-Med Biology at Virginia State University.  Rochelle recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern VA Community College with an Associates of Science degree.

Rochelle has always had a love for the Lord, reading His Word, and singing His music. Her Christian roots and foundation were received at Union Memorial United Methodist Church in Baltimore, Md.  While at Union, she was known as the ‘youngest and littlest choir member’ as she sang with the Gospel choir starting when she was 12 years old. She accepted the Lord Jesus as her Savior after being witnessed to by her long time friend, Teria Shelton at the age of 11 years old and received the baptism of the Holy Ghost during her freshman year in college.  Her roots in sanctification and holiness stem from her sainted grandmother, the late Mother Julia Anne Thornton and her membership at Greater Remnant Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop David W. Spann, Sr.

It was at Greater Remnant that she was “found” by Brother Bryan Jones, Sr. and has been married for over 20 years.  She is the loving mother of 3 beautiful children, Bryan II, Taliya, and Krystal.

Sis. Rochelle has assisted in many capacities as she followed her husband during his military career and the leading of the Lord and accredits much of her spiritual growth to past leaders who prayed and poured into her life.   She served faithfully on the Missionary board, local, district and state choirs, Praise Team Leader, Youth Leader and Purity class teacher. Now she works untirelessly beside her husband as the First Lady of Victorious Overcomers Ministries.

Rochelle’s motto daily is:

The Lord is seeking true worshippers to worship Him in spirit and in truth.  Lord, let Your eyes see me.
